Our chapter averages 30 referrals, or “tips” per week, which means that most of our members are getting a referral more than once per month. Each breakfast has been worth an average of $200 to me based on the amount of Real Estate sales generated as a direct result of our chapter. Conversely, whenever I sell a home, I am able to refer other trusted Le Tip professionals that cover: Title, Loans, Escrow, Painter, Mover, Insurance, Pest Control, Appraisals, Flooring, Cleaning, Interior Design, Remodeling, etc. I also refer other personal services like Financial Planning, Tax Planning, Health and Nutrition, Massage Therapy, Skin Care, and other services to new home buyers.
